How to make your first AI video in ReelMint
From a text prompt to a finished short video in about five minutes: pick a model, see the price, generate, then publish to every channel at once.
Mint Studio turns a written description into a video. The one thing it does that most tools do not: the price is on every model and on the Generate button before you spend a credit. This is the whole flow, start to finish.
Open Mint Studio
Sign in and open Studio, then Mint Studio. You land on the text-to-video tab with an empty prompt box.
Describe the shot
Write what you want to see the way you would brief a camera operator: subject, setting, light, camera movement, length. One shot per prompt works best. Example: "A slow push-in on a lighthouse at dusk, waves crashing, warm film grain, 10 seconds."
Pick a model and read the price
Open the model picker. Every model shows its price per clip. Cheaper models are fine for a first try; the premium ones are for the shot you already know you want. The Generate button updates its credit figure as you change length and resolution.
Set the length and shape
Choose the clip length and the aspect ratio. 9:16 for Shorts, TikTok and Reels; 16:9 for YouTube. Leave resolution at the default for a first render.
Generate
Click Generate. The job appears queued, then running. A short clip takes a few minutes. It lands in your Library when it is done and you get a notification.
Publish everywhere
Open the finished video, click Share, tick the channels you have connected, and publish or schedule. One click sends it to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X with per-platform captions.
Questions
How much does a first video cost?
A 10-second clip on the cheaper video models is around 45 to 60 credits, about 20 cents. New accounts get 150 credits on email verification, so the first two or three clips are free.
Can I edit the video after it is generated?
Yes. The Video Edit tab trims, stitches and adds audio; the result is saved as a new Library post.
