How to connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X to ReelMint
Connect each account once on the platform's own sign-in screen. ReelMint never sees your password. After that every video can go to every channel in one click.
Connections are made once, on the platform's own login page, through the official OAuth flow. ReelMint receives a publishing permission, not your password, and you can revoke it from the platform at any time.
Open Channels, then Connections
From the top navigation open Channels and choose Connections at the bottom of the menu.
Click Connect on a platform
You are sent to that platform's own sign-in and consent screen. Approve the publishing permission and you are returned to ReelMint with the account listed as connected.
Repeat for each platform
YouTube channels, Instagram business accounts, Facebook pages, TikTok profiles and X accounts each connect the same way. A Facebook page and the Instagram account linked to it come through the same Meta login.
Check the health dot
The Channels menu shows a filled dot next to every live connection. If a platform expires a session, the dot goes hollow and you get one notification asking you to reconnect.
Questions
Does ReelMint store my password?
No. Sign-in happens on the platform's own page. ReelMint stores an access token, encrypted, and nothing else.
Why does Instagram need a business account?
Instagram only allows publishing through its API for business and creator accounts linked to a Facebook page. Switching an account to business in the Instagram app is free.
Can I connect more than one account per platform?
Yes. Each connection is listed separately and every video can target any subset of them.
