Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

ReelMint lets you generate videos and images with AI models and publish them to your own social accounts. This policy sets out what you may and may not create with the service. It applies to every prompt, scene script, uploaded asset, generated output, and published post.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use ReelMint to create, request, or distribute:

• Sexual or adult content of any kind — pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material, including AI-generated depictions. There is no "NSFW mode"; none exists and none will be added.
• Deepfakes and face manipulation — content that impersonates a real person, uses a real person's face or likeness without their documented consent, or presents a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say. ReelMint's generation pipeline actively blocks real-person likenesses.
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any form. This results in immediate, permanent termination and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment and hate — content that harasses, threatens, demeans, or promotes hatred or discrimination against any person or group.
• Violence and harm — content that incites or glorifies violence, self-harm, terrorism, or cruelty.
• Deception and fraud — scams, phishing material, fabricated news presented as real, or content designed to mislead about its origin.
• Infringing content — material that violates another party's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, including protected characters and branded assets you do not have rights to.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law or the content policies of the platforms you publish to.

3. Enforcement

• Every generation prompt is automatically screened by content moderation before any AI model runs; flagged prompts are blocked.
• The generation pipeline additionally refuses real-person likenesses, protected characters, and branded material, independent of the prompt screen.
• Violations may result in blocked generations, removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Credits are not refunded for generations blocked by moderation of prohibited content.

5. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Where the two overlap, the stricter rule applies.
