Frequently asked questions
How much does ReelMint cost?
Subscriptions start at $19/month for Starter and go up to $399/month for Agency, each including a monthly allowance of credits. You can also buy one-time credit packs from $20 without subscribing. Full prices, credit allowances and what each tier includes are listed in the Pricing section above.
What is a credit?
A credit is the usage unit you spend to run an AI generation — a video scene, an image, a voice line or an AI writing action. Different models cost different amounts, and the studio shows you the exact cost before you run anything. Credits from a subscription refresh each month and unused ones do not roll over; credits from a one-time pack never expire and are spent only after your subscription credits.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing charges twelve months up front at a discount — for example Starter is $19/month or $190/year. The credits still arrive monthly rather than as one lump at the start of the year, and because the yearly price is discounted, the monthly allowance on a yearly plan is smaller than on the equivalent monthly plan — the exact figure for each plan is shown on the pricing page. Each monthly allowance is used within that month and does not roll over.
Can I cancel, and do you offer refunds?
You can cancel at any time from your account — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. Credits you have already spent are not refundable because each generation incurs a real cost from our AI providers, but failed generations are never charged. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
Which platforms does ReelMint support?
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X. You connect each account once with official OAuth and publish to any combination of them from a single upload.
Do you store my passwords or post without my permission?
Never. ReelMint authenticates with each platform through official OAuth, stores the resulting tokens encrypted at rest, and only publishes content that you create and explicitly choose to send.
Does ReelMint post automatically?
Only if you choose to. You can publish each post manually, or schedule posts ahead of time. Optional automation can generate and queue content on a cadence you define — and you can pause or turn it off whenever you like. Nothing is posted without your setup and consent.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can disconnect any account, delete individual posts, or delete your whole account from Settings. Disconnecting revokes the stored tokens immediately.
