How to clone your voice in ReelMint and use it in videos

Record or upload a short sample, create a voice from it, and have the studio read any line in that voice for narration, talking photos and characters.

A cloned voice is a Library asset you make once. After that it is a choice in every place a voice is picked: talking photos, character casting, narration.

  1. Open the voice studio

From any audio slot in Mint Studio, choose Speak in my voice, or open Voice Studio from the Studio menu.

  2. Upload a clean sample

Thirty seconds to a minute of you speaking normally, no music, no echo. A phone recording in a quiet room is enough.

  3. Create the voice

Name it and create. The clone takes a moment and then appears in your voice list.

  4. Read a line

Type the line, pick the cloned voice, generate. The audio lands in your Library and can be used in a talking photo or as narration.

Questions

Whose voice can I clone?

Your own, or a voice you have explicit permission to use. Cloning someone without consent is against the acceptable-use policy.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. A cloned voice reads lines in many languages; the accent follows the sample.
