How to make a photo talk with AI in ReelMint
Give the studio a portrait and an audio clip, or a line of text and a voice, and get a video of that face speaking with matching lips.
Talking photo takes one face and one piece of audio and produces a speaking video. The audio can be a recording from your Library, or text read by a voice from the voice studio.
Open the Talking photo tab
Studio, then Mint Studio, then Talking photo.
Pick the portrait
A clear, front-facing photo with the mouth visible works best. Upload one or choose from your Library.
Add the audio
Choose an audio post from your Library, or open the voice studio from the audio chip, pick a voice, type the line and generate the audio into the slot.
Generate
The price is per second of the audio and is shown on the button. The result lands in your Library as a video.
Questions
Can I use my own voice?
Yes. Voice clone creates a voice from a short recording of you; the talking photo then reads any line in it.
How long can the audio be?
Short clips work best. Keep it under a minute; longer lines cost more and the lip sync is at its best on short takes.
