How to make an anime video from text in ReelMint
The anime tab turns a prompt into an anime-style clip, with Japanese or any other dialogue, subtitles, and a cast that stays the same across episodes.
Anime is its own tab because it behaves differently: the default spoken language is Japanese, the style presets are anime-specific, and a fixed cast of drawn characters can be attached so every clip shows the same faces.
Open the Anime tab
Studio, then Mint Studio, then Anime. Pick a model; the price per clip is on each one.
Write the scene
Describe the shot the way a storyboard would: who is in frame, what happens, the camera, the mood. Name your characters if you have created them, with an @ mention, so the model draws the same person.
Choose the dialogue and subtitle languages
Dialogue is what the characters speak; subtitles are what the viewer reads. They are separate, so Japanese audio with English subtitles is one click.
Set the creative controls
Atmosphere, camera movement, shot type and the anime effect preset are added to the prompt for you. Epic and Anime Cinematic is the combination the brand bot uses.
Generate and publish
A 10-second anime clip takes a few minutes. Multi-scene episodes are built from several clips with continuity between them.

Can I use characters from an existing anime?
No. Canon names and likenesses are blocked by the models. Create your own characters; the studio keeps them consistent across clips.
