How to generate videos from Claude Code with ReelMint's MCP server

ReelMint speaks the Model Context Protocol. One command connects it to Claude Code; after that you ask for a video in plain words and it lands in your library.

The studio, Bot Studio and Mint Moments are exposed as MCP tools. An AI client is held to the same prices, plan limits and credit holds as the browser, so nothing it does is a surprise on your bill.

  1. Generate an access token

Settings, then MCP access, then Generate. The token is shown once. It is valid for 90 days and can be revoked from the same screen.

  2. Add the server to Claude Code

Copy the claude mcp add command shown next to the token and paste it into your terminal. It registers ReelMint as an MCP server for that machine.

  3. Ask for a video

In Claude Code, describe what you want: "Make me a 15-second vertical video of a rainy Tokyo street at night." Claude lists the models with their prices, picks one, writes the scenes and commissions the job.

  4. Find the result

Generation takes minutes. Claude polls the job and reports when it is done; the video is in your ReelMint Library like any other render, ready to publish.

Questions

Does the MCP token give full account access?

No. It works only against the MCP endpoint and is refused by the REST API, so it cannot be replayed against the rest of your account.

Can Claude create bots too?

Yes. The bot tools quote a recipe first, then save it, run it once and list its runs. Every firing spends real credits, so Claude is instructed to state the monthly figure before saving.

Do it now

New accounts get 150 credits on email verification. Describe a shot, see the price, click Generate, post it everywhere.
