How to schedule a video to post later on every platform
Any video in your library can be published now or scheduled to the minute, per destination, with its own caption for each platform.
Scheduling lives on the same Share screen as publishing. Each destination has its own tab, so a TikTok caption, an Instagram caption and a YouTube title can all differ, and each can have its own time.
Open the video and click Share
From the Library or the studio results, open the video and click Share.
Choose destinations
Tick the connected channels you want. Each one gets a tab.
Write per-platform copy

Pick a time and confirm
Publish now, or set a date and time per destination. Scheduled posts appear on the dashboard and go out on the minute. A platform rate limit pauses that destination for a few hours and tells you.

Can I post the same video as a Story too?
Yes, on Instagram and Facebook. Tick the Story option on the destination tab.
What if a platform rejects the post?
You get a notification with the platform's reason. Permanent errors are not retried; transient ones are.
